Citadel Credit Union Hires Michael Aileo as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer

EXTON, Pa., April 07, 2022 — Citadel Credit Union today announced Michael Aileo has been appointed as Chief Human Resource Officer. Bringing over 35 years of human resource experience, Mike joins Citadel Credit Union from The PFM Group in Philadelphia where he served as Managing Director of Human Resources. Previously, Mike served as the Human Resource Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 20 years.

At Citadel, Mike will be responsible for planning and managing human resource strategies, employee relations and engagement, payroll administration, employment compliance, and recruiting and retention.
