Citadel Credit Union Appoints Chief Experience Officer
EXTON, Pa., October 24, 2024 Citadel Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Donald Scala as Chief Experience Officer. In this newly created role, Don will oversee Citadel’s Member Experience team and build an enterprise-wide Project Management Office (EPMO).
Don will collaborate with teams across Citadel to ensure valuable feedback, suggestions, and comments shared by members are incorporated and implemented to drive higher satisfaction, greater loyalty, and improved retention. Don will also lead Citadel's efforts to create an Employee Net Promote Score (ENPS) framework, incorporating employee feedback to help build project plans and develop initiatives that increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
As the previous Director of Organizational Culture and Quality Assurance at Connect One Bank, Don is well suited for this new position. A motivational leader, influential team builder, and collaborator, Don’s 30+ years of experience leading organizational change within the banking industry will further enhance the strength we’re building together at Citadel.
