How do I set alerts for my accounts?

Frequently Asked Question
In Citadel's Online & Mobile Banking, you can set up custom account alerts for things like balances, checks, loans, logins, and transactions via push notification, email, or text message. Get notified about security alerts, due date reminders for payments, and more. You decide which alerts to get for each account, how often, and what time you receive them.
To set up, modify, or turn off personalized alerts for your account, watch this video or follow the directions below.
💻 On desktop:
- Log into your account.
- Select the three dots (…) on the right from the menu at the top.
- Select Alerts.
- Set the alerts you want to receive and how you want to receive them: email, text, and/or push notification.
📱 On mobile:
- Log into your account.
- Select Menu from the bottom right.
- Select Alerts.
- Set the alerts you want to receive and how you want to receive them: email, text, and/or push notification.
