Citadel Credit Union Appoints Chief Digital and Transformation Officer

EXTON, Pa., May 30, 2024 Citadel Credit Union is pleased to announce Courtney Rowan’s promotion to Chief Digital and Transformation Officer. Courtney will lead all member-facing digital solutions, driving revenue through effective, innovative strategies.
In 1999, Courtney began her Citadel career as a Call Center representative before working in the former Malvern (now Paoli) Branch. She advanced to Call Center Assistant Manager before taking on the role of Website Manager. Courtney was also a member of Citadel’s Marketing team for eight years.
Courtney’s skills have been vital in helping Citadel remain competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. When Citadel’s eCommerce initiative launched, Courtney was selected to lead the charge. In her most recent role as Vice President of Digital Experience, she was essential in developing and growing our digital strategy. More recently, Courtney has been instrumental in a new journey as one of the principal architects of Citadel’s current business transformation project.
