With Citadel's Video Connect, you can chat face-to-face with a Video Specialist using a computer or mobile device. You can use Video Connect for almost any task you would do at a retail office, all from the comfort and security of your preferred location.

How To Use Video Connect
Connect on a Computer
Please be sure to have your photo ID ready prior to beginning the call.
Please note: Citadel Video Connect requires a webcam and microphone to connect on your desktop or laptop browser. Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) is not currently supported.
✔ Click 'Connect Now' below.
✔ Submit your first name, last name, and email address.
✔ Once a Video Specialist is available, click 'Start Video Call'
Connect Using Your Mobile Device
Please be sure to have your photo ID ready prior to beginning the call.
✔ If you're connecting via web browser, simply click 'Connect Now'.
✔ If using the mobile app, open the app and tap ‘Quick Video Call’.
✔ Once a Video Representative is available, click ‘Start Video Call'.
